Woman facing charges in hit-and-run that killed pedestrian in East Liverpool

Tracy Quimby, of East Liverpool, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and three counts of failure to stop after an accident, each a third-degree felony. A secret indictment was filed in the case on June 10, and Quimby was set to appear in Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for an arraignment on Wednesday afternoon.
