The Malta Gaming Authority is pleased to announce that enrolment is now open for the third cycle of ESG Code reporting, covering ESG data for the 2025 reporting period.

Building on the progress achieved in the previous reporting cycles, this voluntary initiative continues to support the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across the online gaming sector. The 2025 reporting cycle provides licensees with an opportunity to assess and demonstrate their ESG performance, strengthen transparency, and contribute to the continued development of a sustainable and responsible industry.

Participation in the ESG Code reporting process enables licensees to:

• Demonstrate their commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices
• Measure, monitor, and enhance their ESG performance
• Align with evolving industry expectations and recognised ESG standards
• Contribute to the ongoing advancement of ESG practices within the sector

The Authority encourages all eligible licensees to enrol and actively participate in this reporting cycle. Continued engagement from industry stakeholders is essential in supporting collective progress and reinforcing the sector’s commitment to responsible growth.
