New video of Alex Pretti is sparking intense debate. It was recorded 11 days before the ICU nurse was shot to death. It shows Pretti cursing at ICE agents, and kicking their SUV, breaking the taillight. The agents swarmed Pretti and let him go after a scuffle. Pretti reportedly suffered a broken rib in the confrontation. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump's border czar Tom Homan, who was brought in to Minneapolis, says ICE is changing their tactics in the city.
