He may be in fourth grade, but his sense of fashion is on a masters' level. Max Alexander says his age won't stop him from taking the next step in his career as a designer. He's bound for Paris Fashion Week where he will be the youngest designer to ever hold a show at the event. KCBS caught up with him at his Los Angeles studio, where he was packing up the designs he will debut. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
