The 2012/13 season was truly historic for our team. Loko won the EuroCup and secured a spot in the EuroLeague, and then, for the first time in their history, they reached the VTB United League finals.
Starting from the Round of 16, Loko defeated BC Donetsk (2-0), UNICS (3-1), and Žalgiris (3-1), and put up a decent fight against CSKA in the championship series (1-3).
The silver medals marked the club’s best-ever result in the domestic league—a feat they managed to repeat ten years later.
