Valyn Black is just over a year old and was born with two different color eyes which shocked her parents. Her mom, Ashlee, posted video of her youngest daughter to TikTok with many people saying the infant may have chimerism. Chimerism where a single organism consists of cells from two or more distinct zygotes. Experts say that while often asymptomatic, it can cause variations in skin color, different eye colors, or blood type variations. While Valyn and her parents await the official results if she has chimerism, the little bundle of joy is defying expectations after her mom was told by doctors to terminate the pregnancy.
