Glee was truly a product of its time. From praying to a grilled cheese sandwich to some truly unhinged musical numbers, Glee is one of those shows that feels almost impossible to recreate today. But what if I told you Ryan Murphy is thinking about doing exactly that?
Recently, while speaking to People at the premiere of his new FX series, The Shards, Glee creator Ryan Murphy opened up about the possibility of revisiting the beloved musical series. He shared: "Well, I loved them all. I had a great time making that show."
Murphy also revealed that he's noticed a whole new generation discovering the series. He added, "My nostalgia and love for that show is enough that I'm like, 'Well, maybe people would like to see a new incarnation of that in some capacity.' So yeah, I love that show and I loved what it became and what it meant to so many people."
