No I'm good because it's bad enough some how my boyfriend was given a USB that was put on my phone without my consent so he could spy on me and control my phone & jump in on with a sim and use my data. How he convinced Samsung to do that without my consent I'll never know unless he committed fraud pretending to be me (I never signed a consent to this software or agreed) He may have portrayed me to be a child & I'm far from that. I I've been with Samsung 5 yrs. I've got two more accounts with them that he took over & locked me out of. And apparently he took this one over, too.I call Samsung 3 days ago asked them for help. The tech went on m phone told me everything's fine when I knew my phone was being controlled. I founded d it last night disabled for now. 2 months this phone is paid off so I think it's time for a change since I can't get help
