The 19-acre property at 97 Pecksland Road is zoned for two-acre lots, but Frank bought several parcels and tore down the original house to build the 17,878-square-foot current home, which also comes with two pools.

Designed by World Trade Center architect Paul Marchese, the house offers a 3,500-bottle wine cellar, tasting room, gym and golf simulator. The backyard is large enough to host a 500-person party, according to the listing agent.

The property was listed for sale in 2022 at $34.5 million according to media reports, but was listed again in March 2024 for $28.4 million.
