Jennifer Lopez has finally moved into the $18 million bachelorette pad she bought in Hidden Hills, California last year following her divorce from Ben Affleck.

After a year of renovations, the stunning spread is finally up to the singer's standards as she enjoys life as a single mother again.

'Jennifer is living inside her new property and is thrilled about it because it is like her very own Barbie dreamhouse,' a source has told the Daily Mail.

'It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy. She is over the moon about it and really living out her "happy phase" with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free.'

'She also loves that the home reminds her of her Hamptons property, which she is 'very happy with and where she has had so many great family moments,' added the insider.

On Monday the 56-year-old performer shared the first photos from inside the compound located just outside Los Angeles, in the exclusive Hidden Hills enclave where neighbors include Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

The Office Romance actress was seen in a skimpy white bikini in the backyard of the two-story white house as she took a dip in the swimming pool.

The photo was taken at a house party, where her teenage twins Max and Emme - whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony - her mother Guadalupe, father David, manager Benny Medina and vocal coach Stevie Mackey, were also pictured.

Also spied was her photographer friend Ana Carballosa and her stylist pal Shawn 'Beezy' Barton. 

The Daily Mail has reached out to Lopez's representative for comment. 

Lopez purchased her new 8,600-square-foot equestrian estate in Hidden Hills in February 2025.

The New England inspired house is situated on 2.5 acres and is fully gated for privacy with mature trees lining the backyard so no one can see in.

The main house has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen and a custom home theater.

There is also a guest house, a pool house, a swimming pool with attached hot tub and full equestrian facilities with a five-stall barn, a tack room, and a private riding arena.

The home used to be owned by musician John Fogerty whose hit songs are Fortunate Son and Have You Ever Seen The Rain?

The renovations on the residence began not long after she purchased the Hidden Hills home. 

A source previously told the Daily Mail, 'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction.

'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.'

The insider added that the On The Floor hitmaker 'renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own.' 

In June 2025, blue tarps could be seen covering portions of the abode in the midst of construction.

For the past three years, Lopez was residing in the massive $60 million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood of West Los Angeles.

She and Affleck had difficulty selling the large home complete with guest house, tennis court and infinity pool so he 'gifted' it to her post split.

Sources told TMZ that the actor 'gave up' his share of the sprawling mansion 'for free,' which leaves Lopez to take the profits from the sale. 

In April Lopez re-listed the complex with a big discount at $50 million. It is not known if the home has sold yet.

The listing describes the property as 'the ultimate celebrity compound.'

'Set within one of the city's most secure gated enclaves, this newly rebuilt estate spans five acres on a commanding promontory, opening to sweeping mountain views and complete seclusion,' the description added.

In the images of the mansion for the latest listing, all of Lopez's personal items are removed with little sign she ever lived there.

Which confirms she has fully moved into the remodeled Hidden Hills home.

Lopez is also preparing for the release of her upcoming Netflix rom-com Office Romance which is set to hit the streaming site on June 5. 

The cast also includes Ted Lasso star Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, Amy Sedaris, Edward James Olmos and Bradley Whitford. 

The premise is: 'Jackie (Lopez), President and CEO of Air Cruz, runs a tight ship in her business, including a rigid anti-fraternization policy for all her employees. When a new sexy lawyer begins working for her, that policy becomes very tested,' per IMDB.
