Gigi and Bella Hadid's mother Yolanda Hadid has reportedly gotten engaged, just a year and a half after the dissolution of her previous relationship. The 62-year-old model is set to marry the real estate developer Randy Kendrick, sources told TMZ on Tuesday. Kendrick allegedly proposed earlier this week, and Hadid is said to have agreed to marry him. This would be the third marriage for Hadid, who was previously married to Mohamed Hadid – with whom she shares her three children – and David Foster. The former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star's engagement comes in the wake of her January 2025 split from her previous fiancé and longtime boyfriend, Joseph Jingoli. 

The Daily Mail has reached out to Hadid's representative for comment. Kendrick is the founder of Xebec, which describes itself on its website as 'a national logistics real estate platform. He has served as the company's CEO since founding it in 1996, and in 2021 he took on double duty when he assumed the position of CEO for Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, a master-planned community in Texas spread out over 33,000 acres, where a manufacturing and logistics campus is planned. The community boasts that it is one of the 'largest private owners of fully permitted and vested water rights' in Texas.

Although Hadid and Kendrick are reportedly ready to take their relationship to the next level, the two have managed to keep their romance under the radar. He appears to have been previously married to Gretchen Kendrick, who is listed as the chief operating officer of his company Xebec. Kendrick, who was born in Las Vegas, told D Magazine in August 2025 that he knew he wanted to be a real estate developer as early as his high school days. He also revealed his penchant for collecting 'vintage guitars,' and in his free time, he enjoys 'cooking for my family and playing guitar.' 

Kendrick's passion for music appears to go back to when he was a young boy. 'If you saw the Elvis movie, when he played his first concert at the International Hotel, six-year-old Randy Kendrick was in the front row next to Elvis’s mom and Priscilla Presley at that concert,' he shared. Hadid had previously been in a long-term relationship with the construction CEO Joseph Jingoli. The two began dating in 2019, but it wasn't until 2024 that she revealed that they had gotten engaged back in 2022. Hadid went on to build a massive modern home in Fort Worth, Texas, but after their split, it appears she's staying put in Texas with Kendrick. 

The model and reality star first tied the knot with Mohamed Hadid, 77, in 1994, and they went on to welcome three children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, before divorcing in 2000. The Dutch-born model – who became a US citizen in 2013 – later married the songwriter and record producer David Foster in 2011. Four years later, she announced the end of their marriage, and the divorce was finalized in 2017.
