Rsrssr - a really simple rss and atom reader for the terminal

Hello all!
I'd like to introduce rsrssr, a really simple RSS and Atom reader for the terminal which is heavily inspired by Newsboat. rsrssr is built with ratatui and ratatui-image to handle the TUI and feed-rs for parsing RSS and Atom feeds. Here are some notable features
built-in HTML renderer that supports rendering images
a hierarchical directory structure for feeds
support for combined feeds that deduplicate repeated entries
support for running arbitrary system commands on entry titles, URLs etc.
rsrssr doesn't have the same broad feature set that Newsboat does, but instead tries to offer a more streamlined version of an RSS reader as well as some improvement (image support being the biggest one). However, the current feature set isn't set in stone. For example a more granular filtering and "killfile" system might be added in the future.
