Pedestrian hit by driver allegedly distracted by cell phone

An allegedly distracted driver hit a pedestrian Thursday morning, according to Dayton Police. Officers were sent to the intersection of Wilmington Avenue and Patterson Road shortly before 9:30 a.m. on a report of a crash. When they arrived, they found a female pedestrian.
