Nav bar change, no css

I’m using Integrity stack with the theme Band and I can’t find where to change the nav bar background. There’s an image as an overlay I can’t change either. I also can’t find CSS when I click theme options.
*update I was able to find the code under an icon at the bottom of the page. I added custom CSS and it seems to work.
