MegaMenu: looper children

I’ve reviewed my layout and I’m pretty sure that I have Providers and Consumers. I was hoping the conditions were going to be the fix, but still nothing. I thought I’d add my element layout for review, just to make sure I’ve set that up correctly.
Also, @Charlie, complex and unique setups like this would be a perfect use case for CSAI.
