U.S. Marines with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, conduct a Marine Corps combat readiness evaluation at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, August 20, 2026. The MCCRE was conducted to gauge unit combat readiness and their ability to execute critical tasks in preparation of future operations.
