Self-service coffee kiosk company Manna Coffee says it has raised more than $300,000 toward an open seed financing round that could reach nearly $1.25 million.

The round involves a mix of investments, including approximately $154,000 raised through a StartEngine campaign in 2025. 

The funding announcement also named “strategic industry partners,” including cryptocurrency ATM operator CoinFlip and payments company Netevia. Manna said the money will support technology development, equipment deployment and a pipeline of more than 500 potential kiosk locations.

Manna Smart Retail Inc., the Delaware corporation behind Manna Coffee, filed Regulation Crowdfunding documents with the SEC in 2025.

Manna Coffee’s core business includes a licensed network of small unattended coffee stations that can be placed in offices, residential buildings, universities, healthcare facilities, sports centers and other high-traffic locations. The company sells equipment to entrepreneurs and property owners, then earns money through software fees, ingredients, licensing and other services.

The company says it has sold more than 100 licenses across 16 states.

In its investment pitch, the company describes itself as an “AI-native” company with a “Digital Twin” for AI-driven operations through the Co:llective platform. 

Manna’s website pitches kiosks that can serve coffee in 30 seconds, fit into 10 square feet and be monitored remotely from a phone. The company advertises startup investments beginning at $12,000 and potential operator income based on cup volume. 

“Our model is designed to enable entrepreneurs to quickly build a high-income, multi-location business without a large operating team,” Manna Coffee Co-Founder Serhii Cheromush said in the announcement. 

The announcement places Manna among a long list of names pitching automated coffee retail concepts. DCN has previously covered robotic and self-service coffee companies including Cafe X, Truebird, Briggo, Artly, Robo Esso and Octane Coffee, reflecting years of experimentation around coffee service models that reduce or remove on-site barista labor.

Manna Coffee’s website states that it works “with local Roasters to bring fresh and sustainable coffee to Customer [sic]” and that “We only buy coffee from growers who grow coffee in a way that conserves nature and provides a better livelihood for the people who grow and process it.” The website does not identify roasters, growers or certifications that might validate such claims.
