Best practices for handling large HTTPS downloads through an enterprise network

I’m interested in understanding how enterprise networks should handle large HTTPS file downloads from external web services.For environments using HPE networking equipment, are there recommended practices for monitoring bandwidth usage, handling long-lived HTTPS connections, and identifying whether download-related traffic is creating unusual network load? For example, I’ve been looking at browser-based services such as Indown.mobi and how their HTTPS traffic could be monitored at the network level.I’d also be interested in hearing how others approach logging and troubleshooting this type of traffic without inspecting the contents of encrypted connections.
