She's made her name and fame by selling raunchy content of herself to strangers on the internet, but for seven months, Matilda Baxter has only had eyes for one man.

The 23-year-old adult content creator has been dating South Australian businessman Alessandro Della-Verde for seven months, with the pair already talking marriage - and, going by our exclusive pictures, shopping for an engagement ring. 

Baxter - known to her 360,000 TikTok followers as Tilds Search - was photographed by the Daily Mail as she strolled The Parade in Adelaide's ritzy Norwood arm in arm with Della-Verde.

Conservative Norwood residents openly stared at Ms Baxter and Mr Della-Verde as they arrived in Baxter's noisy custom Corvette. 

They made for a striking couple, with Baxter showing off her recent 'Barbie waist' rib manipulation surgery in a sequinned blue crop-top and skirt combo.

'She looks like a mermaid,' one passerby remarked to the Daily Mail, unaware that this reporter was working with the pair on a photoshoot to accompany a no-holds-barred YouTube interview with the controversial social media star.

Another remarked to our photographer that she 'looks beautiful'. 

Many others seemed transfixed by her unusual look, gaping at her from across the busy street in Adelaide's leafy inner-eastern suburbs.

Baxter, already tall at more than 180cm, towered above the locals, wearing glittering heels during the midday shopping trip.

Her eye-catching look was no act for the cameras, given Baxter admits she often pops to the supermarket in 'full glam'. 

Della-Verde, who has made no secret of the fact that he plans to propose to Baxter, steered her into the high-end James Thredgold Jeweller.

Once inside, the couple made a beeline for the engagement rings, with Della-Verde, a property developer and model, intently examining several expensive diamonds. 

James Thredgold ready-to-wear engagement rings hover around $60,000 - and can cost more than $100,000. 

But when Baxter became distracted looking at necklaces and earrings, her partner immediately began picking out items for his apparent future bride.

He did not baulk at a $14,000 price tag on a diamond pendant, which Baxter tried on at her partner's request, but she was concerned it would distract from the large glittering A - for Alessandro - she wears daily on a chain.

Baxter, perhaps growing used to being spoiled by her boyfriend, had to ask him several times to leave the store because her ribs - recently operated on in Bali - were beginning to hurt without her supportive waist-training device.

He departed reluctantly and empty-handed, whispering a promise to the jeweller that he would be back later that day. 

During an interview with the Daily Mail for YouTube, Della-Verde confirmed he planned to propose to Baxter.

Unlike many other men, he is not bothered by her line of work - but admits that he has set some 'boundaries'. 

It's understood he has access to her OnlyFans account and all correspondence with her management.

It's also understood he is encouraging her to expand her business empire, which includes the swimwear label Tilds Search, and will soon expand into lingerie.

The couple began dating after Della-Verde, who had admired Baxter from afar, asked a friend to let him know if he ever saw her around town.

'I didn't want to just slide into her DMs like any other guy, so I asked my friend to call me and I would come and introduce myself,' he said. 'But instead he called me on FaceTime [with Ms Baxter] to say, "Look who I found!" I went bright red,' he said. 

Baxter had until that point eschewed the dating scene, but found herself drawn to Della-Verde. 

They quickly bonded over their love of fast cars - she recently traded a Ford Mustang for a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, and his main vehicle is a custom Mercedes G-Wagon.

They also dine out several times per week, and list their favourite places as Soda Rooftop in Glenelg, where they shared their first date, as well as 2KW, a high-end rooftop restaurant in the CBD. 

But the spoiling doesn't go all Baxter's way.

At the weekend, she took her man to a luxurious hotel at Mt Lofty in the Adelaide Hills to celebrate his 24th birthday. 

'It's a full event, I've never done this for a guy, ever,' she said on Monday on TikTok.

'Let alone anyone else... apart from myself. I love spoiling him and it's going to be a great week.' 

Baxter and Della-Verde sat down for a wide-ranging interview, filmed for the Daily Mail's YouTube channel, which can be viewed here. 

In the sit-down, she admitted she is seeking counselling over her dangerous tanning addiction following concerns raised by her parents and her new partner.

She uses a risky combination of tanning peptides that are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and a home solarium.

The TGA warned the peptides containing melanotan, which are administered through injection, ingestion or nasal spray, can cause 'serious health problems'.

Meanwhile, tanning beds were banned for commercial use in Australia in 2015 following the death of Victorian woman Clare Oliver, who was diagnosed with melanoma at the age of 21.

Oliver, who died aged 26 in 2007, said her extensive use of tanning beds contributed to her terminal disease.

However, the devices are still permitted for personal use, and Baxter - known on social media as Tilds Search - told the Daily Mail that she uses the $7,000 solarium in her garage at least four times per week.

'I am not an advocate for (using tanning beds), and I will say that I am an addict. I am seeing a therapist about it,' she said.

Baxter said her parents are 'concerned' about her use of tanning beds, which blast users with ultraviolet radiation that damages skin cell DNA.

According to the Australian Cancer Council, people who use a solarium before the age of 35 have a 59 per cent greater risk of melanoma than those who do not use solariums.

It says that the risk of developing melanoma increases by 1.8 per cent with each sunbed session.

She said she has her skin regularly checked by doctors, and is religious about mole-mapping.

With more than 360,000 followers on TikTok, Baxter - who also worked in the harsh South Australian sun as a surf lifesaver in her teens - has insisted that she does not urge her fans to follow her example.

'I do use my platform to be honest and say I do use peptides and I do use a tanning bed. I know a lot of younger girls are watching it and I do primarily say to wear sunscreen and learn about your skin,' she said.

'I use my platform to tell people to invest in good makeup and good skincare.'

The products Baxter discusses on social media are not approved by the TGA for use as tanning agents. 

Baxter's boyfriend of seven months, Alessandro Della-Verde, echoed her parents' worries over her tanning addiction.

'As a partner, I can't stop Matilda doing what she wants to do,' he said.

Della-Verde encourages her to use peptides to change her skin pigment, believing this reduces the risk of burning. However, there is no evidence that unapproved tanning peptides are safe or effective in reducing sunburn or skin damage.

The TGA clearly warns that 'promoters of these tanning products often claim they are safe and natural. They are far from safe. It is well known that melanotan can cause serious side effects and should only be used under medical supervision'.

Baxter said her 'addiction' to tanning can be traced back to age 12 when she was growing up in Yankalilla, south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula.

She said she would order fake-tanning formulas behind her parents' backs.

'My dad said I looked like an Oompa-Loompa, so I would order it to be delivered to the post office. I'd go and get it before my dad (got there) and take it back to school,' she said.
