East Liverpool man accused of attacking family member found incompetent to stand trial

The finding comes after a competency test was done on Marcus L. White, 44, who was indicted in June by a Columbiana County grand jury on charges of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
