Created in partnership with Simmons, Cinnamon Brunch Crunch aims to deliver a nostalgic, cinnamon-forward flavor inspired by the comfort of weekend brunch, while staying true to the quality ingredient standards that both Doich and Angela’s Cakes value, the brands say.

“This flavor collaboration is a natural extension of my commitment to better-for-you products,” says Simmons. “Working with Doich on Cinnamon Brunch Crunch allowed us to create something both fun and flavorful.”

The partnership arrives during a period of significant growth for Doich, the company notes. The brand was recently named a winner in the Good Housekeeping 2026 Snack Awards, and has been striving to expand its retail presence.
