Join our weekly drop-in cycle training sessions in Osterley Park
Learn the skills and build confidence to cycle with our weekly cycle skills sessions. Our qualified instructors will teach basic bike-handling skills in a controlled traffic-free environment. Great for beginners and those who are looking to progress onto roads. 
The sessions run every Tuesday lunchtime for 1 hour. Training is suitable for everyone; from complete beginners to regular cyclists looking to brush up on skills.
Training takes place at our hub in Osterley Park, where we are able to lend a range of bikes and helmets if you do not have one. 
Our instructors will meet you in the park and begin by assessing different cycling levels. The sessions will be tailored to suit your cycling capabilities and needs.
Eligibility 
You must live, work or study in the London Borough of Hounslow and be 16 years of age or above.
