Alfallah, 32, posted the smiling photo of herself with Pacino at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, captioned “Roman’s Mom & Dad” with a red heart and tagged to the museum as the location.

The two were romantically involved before Roman arrived in June 2023, when Pacino was 83. Pacino, now 86, told People in October 2024 that he wasn’t in a relationship, saying “No. I have friendship,” and his rep said the pair are “very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman.”

A year later, talking to TMZ in October 2025, Alfallah said the two spend time together every day. Asked whether they’d reconciled romantically, she didn’t directly confirm it, telling the outlet: “Who doesn’t want to be together with him? He’s the coolest guy.”

The friendship grew during the pandemic. Alfallah told Vogue Arabia in March 2024 that she’d watch films and play chess at Pacino’s nearby home, calling it “like film school with Al Pacino.” He introduced her to work from his career, including Scarface and Bobby Deerfield.

Roman is the youngest of Pacino’s four children. He also shares daughter Julie Marie, 36, with Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton James and Olivia Rose, 25, with Beverly D’Angelo. Pacino has never married, telling People in 2024 that it “just didn’t feel it ever suited me for some reason.”
