Gov. Kay Ivey orders temporary halt on dyed diesel fuel enforcement

Gov. Kay Ivey has ordered a temporary halt from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) on dyed diesel fuel enforcement for 120 days in an effort to “relieve” timber and agricultural communities.
