Clavicular has been charged in connection with allegations of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, according to a new report.

The 20-year-old influencer, whose real name is Braden Peters, was charged this past September 8 in connection with accusations linked to a May 23, 2025 incident, according to legal documents reviewed by Daily Mail Monday.

An arraignment in the case is scheduled for October 14 at 8.30am, according to court records. 

According to The Bulwark, which first reported the news, victim shield laws in Massachusetts limited the publication of details of the accuser's identity. 

However, the case appeared to share details with a civil lawsuit Clavicular is facing in Florida. 

In a statement to the Daily Mail, Clavicular's representative denied the allegations and accused the woman of making it up. 

'She files a lawsuit and doesn't include sexual assault as a count. Then she amends it and adds it a couple of months later. Clav then filed a motion to dismiss fighting the civil lawsuit because letter/text messages show she knew what was happening with the injections and he refused to pay money. She and her lawyer then go to police.'

Daily Mail has also reached out to Clavicular's attorney for comment but has not yet received a response. 

Insiders close to Clavicular described the situation to TMZ as a 'shakedown' and vowed to fight 'this till the end.' 

The alleged victim has not yet spoken publicly.  

In the Florida civil suit filing that was previously reviewed by Daily Mail, the woman said that Peters 'wanted her to be the female face for "looksmaxxing," which is a social media trend focused on maximizing physical attractiveness through extreme self-improvement methods. 

The lawsuit claims that after the two met for the first time, she was given alcohol until she appeared 'visibly intoxicated.'

'Peters then had sex with [her] while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,' the civil complaint stated. 'That morning, while [she] was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.'

The civil complaint also claimed that during a livestream hosted by Peters a few months later, he allegedly injected her with Aqualyx, which was described as an 'unapproved drug' intended to 'melt fat on her cheeks as part of his promise to help her with her online presence through looksmaxxing.'

The lawsuit stated the accuser believes the injection contained 'methamphetamine or another undisclosed substance.'

The woman was under 18 and a minor under Florida law during the events outlined in the complaint, according to the civil lawsuit.

In her civil complaint, she claimed that the injections led to 'severe emotional distress, trauma, humiliation, nightmares, fear, panic, and mental anguish.' 

Additionally, the lawsuit noted that the alleged incident was livestreamed on the platform Kick. 

The civil complaint said that she is suing Peters for battery, fraud and emotional distress, and she is seeking at least $50,000 in damages. 

Clavicular appeared to address the issue in a series of posts on X on Monday, in which he wrote: 'Trying to get my attention in anyway possible, a lawsuit? Seriously… really petty of you.'

The post was accompanied by a letter he appeared to insinuate the accuser sent him in which she thanked him for their collaboration; and a clip of her saying they had a 'really fun' time doing a stream, which Clavicular's representative also sent to the Daily Mail.

He added in a subsequent post: 'Lmao was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl… how about dont finance cars you cant afford.

'Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil.'

In the second post, he included what appeared to be a social media message in which she told him she had been working as a bottle girl and asked about his income, as well as a clip of her walking toward a pricey vehicle.

Peters had not directly denied the allegations, but in a post on X on April 29, he wrote: 'The consistent theme of girls trying to use me for money is brutal for a young guy trying to navigate a complex society. Hopefully I can find a good girl whos [sic] intent is to not to screw me over and take my money.'

Peters's attorney, Steve Kramer, told Rolling Stone in April of the civil lawsuit: 'We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters.

'These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. 

'We will not comment further at this time.'

Aqualyx is an injection made from the deoxycholate family of acids, which dissolve fat in the body. Plastic surgeons may inject the drug into the back, chin, hips, knees, stomach or thighs for contouring. 

It's meant to provide a non-invasive alternative to liposuction, a surgical procedure used to remove stubborn fat, but it is not approved by the FDA. 

The agency said in 2023 that Aqualyx can contain phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and sodium deoxycholate (DC), which 'pose a significant safety risk because they are unapproved, which means the FDA has not evaluated their safety or effectiveness.'

The FDA at the time said it had received reports about consumers experiencing adverse reactions such as permanent scars, infections, skin deformities, cysts and deep, painful knots after receiving unapproved fat-dissolving injections like Aqualyx. 

Peters has drawn controversy in the past for methods such as hitting himself in the face with a hammer to make his bones grow back sharper and taking small amounts of methamphetamine to suppress his appetite.
